1964 Chrysler New Yorker fuel : gas transmission : automatic title status : clean cylinders : 8 cylinders

1964 Chrysler New Yorker Hard-Top Wagon

413 CID engine, 340 horsepower with a push button automatic (727). Power steering, tilt steering wheel, power driver seat, power windows, rear air. AC system not working and I have no idea what is needed. Not important in my opinion because the whole point is to drive down the road with all windows down on a sunny day, surf music on and enjoy the openness of the HARDTOP. Power tailgate window.

Comes out of Virginia. 63500 original miles. I have title in hand. Don't know much about it. I have not driven it much. Runs and shifts fine, good brakes. Some minor things inside need to be put back together. New carpet. I can see some bubbles at the bottom of the tailgate. Decent paint, ok driver quality. Looks like the car originally should have been pretty much the color you see on the roof matching the colors you see on the seats. I personally like this combination. 9-passenger.

Needs basic tuneup on the new 650 Edelbrock. I am relocating in the fall some time so I am not taking any trades.

Only 1603 made. It is a HARDTOP wagon which is very rare. I have checked places like eBay and I have not seen any for sale for a long time. Last one I saw was a unrestored one in very nice condition for 28000 dollars. Very hard to price because of its rarity.

Grille is from a 63 New Yorker. I do like the bucket seats.

Great ad and appears to be well worth the asking price. Save it before someone puts 20" tires and air ride on it.
