    in order to get a CLEAR 3 yr. title in your name is simply a
    matter of completing the DMV form, and buying tags for 3 yrs.

    Old photo and no title. Easy for him to say. Most of us don't live in Wa.

    In SC no title pretty much = no tags.
    I'm sure there are hoops to jump through to make it happen, but it damn sure ain't hand wave and it's done easy.

    If getting the title is soooo easy, why didn't he do it, and advertise that the car comes with a clear title.

    Replacing that driver's side cargo window is a pretty easy task too, but he just doesn't have time to do it. No worries though. I don't think it rains very much where that thing is located.

    In TN, a BOS ain't worth the paper its written on! Found that out the hard way a few years back........PARTS ONLY!
