Does the car actually run? He doesn't come out and say it, but with comments like "chewed wires" and the battery being in "working condition," I'm guessing not. In which case, $3100 is way too much, especially given the other issues the car has. This is a $1500 car at most.

Nice but too much money for the amount of work needed. maybe $2000.
Fix the wiring and other problems then list it around $2500.

WISCONSIN PLATES ARE ON THE CAR.
So, I'm thinking that's why there are no close-up shots of the body.
    WAY over-priced !!!!

I don't remember tall cactus in Wisconsin or a town called Scotsdale.
Must have driven it out west to protect it from snow and salt.

He's trying to sell a 'rusty chassis' car in a desert area. That car is nothing more than a parts car for interior stuff to anyone near it. That unbaked interior plastic might get someone to part with 750 to 800 but the pic of the open driver's door shows what might be rust all along the bottom seam.

I don't think that's the case here. Probably a snowbird who drives this every year to Arizona. I think that the bottom of the door sill is simply dirty. Hell, mine looks like that and there is zero rust on mine. Does have a very nice leather interior!!
