    My mom traded her '69 or '70 Vista Cruiser for a brand new '79 Cougar XR7 when I was a kid. It was Champagne color with a brown colored interior. First brand new car I remember.

    Beautiful car, but that is, I think, beyond the top of the market for one, especially with the vinyl interior and crank windows.
