Hello, My name is Tedd and I have a Station Wagon addiction.,,, I have had my wagon since 2005. It is a 1991 Caprice Classic with way too many miles on it. Some where around 186,500 on it. I will be uploading pictures as time permits. I use it to tow my 1967 26' Airstream travel trailer and as a general kid hauler, it's stable mate is a 1993 Caprice sedan. I paid $1.00 for my wagon, my father-in-law would not take a penny more. Since then I have dumped almost 9K in it with repairs and upgrades. Heck the thing is in the shop as I type. I have been married just about 19 years and have four kids in the house. 14 down to 4 never a dull moment around here!!! LOL My wife is a full time mom and the teacher. (We home school) I work for an electronics firm as a maintenance and calibration tech. Also, I am a Civil War reenactor, portraying a Union solder with a artillery unit. There is a link to my unit in my signature. I really enjoy learning about the history of our country. I am also a long time (34 years) railroad nut. I am a huge fan of he Chicago Burlington & Quincy RR. My dream car is a 1966 Chrysler Newport Wagon with a 413 CDI.... I am not sure what ya'll want to know so I will stop rambling for now. I have a few screw ups with the registration system to straighten out. All of witch are my fault. Happy fingers get me in more trouble.....
Welcome Tedd. Heck of a background with wagons. And an original family car to boot. Glad you came by. Stick around. The Mopar wizards will gladly help you out. You might have a look here while you're at it. http://www.dvap.com/ They have a lot of Mopars too: http://www.azclassics.com/
Welcome to the forums, Tedd! Glad to hear someone's still using one of these as a family ride. I hope mine gets to be one in a few years! However, I would be fighting against you in the Civil War re-enactments!
Thank you one and all for the warm greetings. I will be lurking for a while reading and learning about the site. Silverfox; My FIL and I had agreed on $800 about a week before the transaction!?!?! Looks like I should have the old wagon back tomorrow! YEA!!!!!!!
