Can anyone answer me if the windshield from a 4 door hard top is the same as an estate wagon. The description from the Rock Auto website http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/raframecatalog.php?carcode=1036415&parttype=6512&a=Search%2Bfor%2BDayton reads "4 Door Hardtop; w/ Antenna (Color: Green Tint/Blue Shade)" when I search for a windshield for a Caprice Estate wagon. Mine (although totally useless) has the built in antenna as well. Thanks Mike. Oops!!! should read 76 Caprice in the title
actually I believe that sounds right. I can Hollander that. If I remember correctly you would THINK a 4 dr sedan is the same but it isn't
GM never made a "four door hardtop" in the 1977-1990 B-body cars. They are all four door sedans with a B pillar, and yes, the windshield is the same, as are the front doors.
