These "wings" came with the 1960 Chevy Parkwood Wagon, however they're completely crooked/installed wrong as you can see the holes in the pics. Can someone point me in the right direction on how to install properly?

    thanks folks!!!!

My guess would be the "wings'' that came with the car are not for the car. Modify to fit or..............

You could make them work, if you can't do it find a auto shop/sheet metal shop and have them make the 'U' bracket out of flat bar witch seems to be missing in your pics. They also should be able to pre-drill your holes for mounting. But make sure they are made out of stainless steel.

Those were an aftermarket piece that many people added. They serve the same purpose as the air foil on the back of the roof rack. They direct clean air across the back window to keep the dust under control and to keep the car from sucking in the exhaust gases.

Thanks for the replies folks, if I can get them to seat properly, they sure look nice on some wagons. Might just try to have them fit.

    thanks again..

I always liked the looks of the side wings. And I suppose they do help clean the rear window.
A couple simple "L" brackets should work. Or one "U" bracket.
