Hey, nothing wrong with wrenching and drinking a few.

In FACT, I often find that if something stumps me or gets my blood pressure up when working on one of them, sitting back and enjoying a cold brew really helps with freeing up ideas and winding down so I can get back to work with a refreshed mind! It recently took me 2 ice cold brews to finally figure out how to replace the shocks on the 88 after fuming and wrestling with it for 2 days!

It's true there aren't many wagons here and when I see one, it really is a treat. Another guy in Slidell has a white 85 Custom Cruiser as well and we've become acquaintances over that fact. Haven't seen him on the road lately though, as he said his car isn't doing all that well.

I also tend to notice parked wagons when I'm out and about cruising around as well, in neighborhoods and streets.

By the way, how are you guys posting pics of cars in the replies? When I try html code it's not previewing the pic.

    Ah ha! Thanks!

I wanted to post a pic of them side by side before I repainted the 88. The 88 looks like a totally different car now.

New pics coming soon from after the repaint and after a good wash!

    :Welcome: aboard Buz.
Cool wagons. I'm especially fond of the Vista Cruiser. (y)

I commend you on your introduction ...unlike a few characters that join up just looking to sell their junk..or scout for parts.
