    Good afternoon-
I find it necessary to repaint both mirrors on this beautiful beast. No Problem, Right? Right.
I pull a couple cover pieces and the permiter plastic fasterners. Problem. Now that I have sucsessfully unintentionally broken several brittle 15 year old glue joints, I cannot figure out how to get the panel from the top of the door. I was moments from brute force, but calmed myself to ask you.

Any advice is appreciated to levels that would make a hooker blush. Thank you.

What Buick is it, year and make? If the pannel wraps overtop of the door and has a rubber seal that rests against the window, they pull straight up, sometimes they are a bear to get out. Just tilt it front to back while applying upward pressure and it will come out.

I just pulled the pannels from my 92 Roadmaster Wagon to replace the discusting stock speakers for Sony XPlods. If this is on your 96 Roadie, then it comes off exactly as I described.

    Blackfoot-

Thank you for the reassuring information. I will resort to grunt. Straight up from front to rear.

You bet. If any of the white push in trees come off the panels, as long as they dont break they will twist back into the panel. Aggrivating lil things they are, lol.
