I live in Thunderbolt, GA, next to Savannah. I was wanting to re-do an older car and toyed with many ideas, maverick, ranchero, fairlane/torino, galaxie. My looking around led me to a 71 ford galaxie country sedan. Saw it and had to have it. It doesnt run and is currently at the guy I bought it from's house in Charlotte. Can't wait to get it. Gonna make a beach cruiser out of it! This place looks like a treasure chest of info. Glad I found y'all.
welscome a galaxie wagon should make for a great project good to see more of them surviving.there was a '77 ltd for sale in my area that i would've loved to had but it just a little more than i could afford.
