Does anyone know if the disc brakes from a 1996 Buick Roadmaster would work on my 1970 Impala Kingswood? I have the entire Roadmaster and I want to upgrade or swap as may parts as I can.

Funny, I had a 70 Impala Kingswood, and wanted to do exactly the same thing to it. I tried to buy a 96 ex-RCMP Caprice and swap as much as I could into the wagon. Never got around to it though.
I don't think there's much on the front end that will swap over though. Best you can do is get under both and do lots of measuring.
I think bearing sizes are different too.

does your wagon have front discs ? seems like a lot of work for the minor improvements you will see.

    some 70 impalas had discs.
i would search out for an old set of those or 70 buick, olds pontiac.
probably all would be an easy sway.... with the correct master cylinder.

The 96 stuff wont work with out a lot of modification. 1969-70 Impala disc brakes are a bolt on. I installed them on my 1965 Impala wagon. You get to keep the 5 on 4 3/4" bolt pattern also as th later models went to 5" bolt pattern.
