Is this the one that 81X11 brought from one of the Carolinas?

Pretty clean machine there. Looks like the wheels have been rehabbed and look sharp.

That thing's been for sale for most of the summer. I think the price is high. No mention of miles. 81x11's car had a non airbag steering wheel installed and low(er) miles. I suppose it's possible an airbag wheel was reinstalled, but I would have thought they would have mentioned the mileage if it was as low as his.

If we could get a picture of the rear doors we would know for absolute certain. Mike added the courtesy lamps to the rear doors on his.

I was hoping it was Mike's wagon

Well i'm still looking for a clean wagon with lower miles on the clock and so I wrote the guy about this wagon today and its not Mikes car. DARN, I kick myself for missing out on Mike's car by a few weeks back in July/August this year.

Even though this guy has installed a new motor I feel its kind of high still in price.

This seller has his phone number in the craigslist ad so I thought it was okay to post on here the entire reply from him.

Here's the sellers answer on this 92 OCC wagon for sale from craigslist:

    Tony,
I purchased this wagon 5/29/99 in Amarillo with 150,000 miles. It now has 214,000 miles. When I got the car I replaced the engine with a GM factory crate motor. It has 64,000 miles. I have replaced the tires with B.F. Goodrich TA's RWL P235/70/R15. As you can see in the pictures I turned the RWL to the inside. It has been a wonderful car but I need to sell a couple of them. I have three Custom Cruisers at this time. My # is 512-924-9490 if you would like to talk. Thanks for your time.

Well, well, the plot thickens? Mike's car buddy is named "Rich." Could this guy be the same person??

Hmm.....the ad :camera:shows Michelin LTX M/S tires on the wagon, the seller says BFG's?? More

Might be the guy who got his car because this seller mentions he has (3) OCC wagons

Don't know if this pic will copy and paste on here but he did send me a shot of one of the wheels with a BFG tire on it...here's the pic.

WELL can't find a way to post the tire/wheel pic here he sent.. but this wheel pic he sent me today looks more chewed up than the pic on craigslist with the wheels and Michelin tire... maybe he's putting all the old stuff on this car out of the 3 OCC's he owns.

Mike's buddy Rich is not the person he sold his Custom Cruiser to. He sold the RMW to Rich. - the same one he hopes to buy back. So this Rich is a different guy.

You are correct Kevin, Mike sent me a message saying it was the same guy who purchased his OCC wagon.

Funny thing seeing you post this below because this seller on craigslist sent me the link you have below about his 91 OCC.

    Small world..lol

Correct all. He bought my car to replace this one he has for sale now. It's a nice car, I looked it over when he bought my OCC. I was pretty shocked to see his asking price. This is a nice car, but mine was A LOT nicer, and I sold mine to him for a good bit less than he's asking for this one. Can't fault someone for trying to make money though!

Oh and the buyer has re-installed the air bag wheel on my car, cracked leather an all. He likes that look better I guess. I sure like the 442-style wheel more, but it's his car now.

As much as I liked that OCC, I liked my LT1 Roadmaster better. It was just so much more fun to open the hood on the Roady and watch people do double-takes. Ha!

Still love Oldsmobiles, but I want my Roady back more!

    -Mike
