one of supposedly 7 http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Othe...rs_Trucks&hash=item461322c7f3&vxp=mtr:banana:
hmmm this is an incredibly nice wagon... probably IS, one of only seven left, in anywhere near that condition... really would not mind having it... they've priced like it's selling big on the Mecum Auto Auction. Not really sure it would bring in that much, in that venue. So, it's here, with the price they'd like it to go for...
Beautiful wagon, but I have to wonder about that colour combination. A green and white car with rose interior? Somehow that doesn't sound right, even for the 50s! A green car would more likely have had a black or green interior. Rose would have been on the rose, red, white and black cars, not green.
Being an AMC i see this stuff all the time. Just because a car is old, and uncommon doesn't always translate into expensive or highly sought after. Seller's have to know what they have....this is a Rambler, not a Chevy Nomad. What makes me crazy about this is, it's not a "Country Club" that was a term for hardtops. It's a "Cross Country" and is clearly written on the tailgate
