Anyone know what original Ford donor car would be basically a direct bolt on assembly for installing Disc Brakes on a 1967 Ford Country Sedan?

77 through 79 Ford Thunderbird, LTD II, and Mercury Cougar, all body style. A couple of members have done this conversion.

If a setup from a 69 will fit I may have a complete conversion

I haven't done one on a wagon but I did a couple on Mustangs. It wasn't too bad to do It was swapping out spindles the distribution block where the brake lines go booster master cylinder and finally the brake pedal and hanger. The pedal swings a little different so it needs to be changed on the mustang. Also make sure the pedal and booster are from same year. It should be the same on the wagon. One more thing if using factory steel wheels you most likely will need to change them to clear the calipers. Here is a how to on the mustang. http://www.vintage-mustang.com/topics/faq/drumtodisk.html

The steel wheels are NOT a problem, as the 60s Ford 15X6 is the same wheel as the 79 Thunderbird, not to mention the mid 90s Crown Victoria, used. I believe they even use the same booster, or at least close enough that there are no problems. The dual-circuit master cylinder fits right to the old booster, since the connecting rod is the same. You will need the proportioning valve off the donor car, as the front discs require differing pressures. It is easy to reach. Brand new, the master cylinder is all of $58, the calipers are $20, with a $2 core charge. I am sure there are details on here, since I know at least one or two members have done the swap.

I installed 77-79 Thunderbird spindles on my 67 Country Sedan. There is a great write up here: http://7litre.awardspace.com/brakes.html

77-79 T-Bird Spindles, Proportioning valve, Brake hose bracket (mount fwd of the wheels). A lot of the galaxie guys who've done this swap grind on the spindle so the castle nut will fit on the tie rod end, but tie rod ends off a '70 Lincoln MKIII work perfect. I got 15" steelies off an 80's Crown Vic. The T-Bird and Galaxie center bore are different.

yup...thats why the Granada front end is the holy grail for 'disc swap'...(smaller center/spindle) :)
Im still in awe that no one has started to reproduce them:slap:

The 79 Thunderbird uses the same rim as the 81-mid-90s Crown Vic/Grand Marquis. The spindle size is identical. I've had both vehicles at the same time.

    Is this too much?

Saw this ad on my local CL. $300 firm.

Complete disc brake set-up for 65-68 Ford/Mercury full size cars. Includes spindles, rotors, calipers, backing plates, brake booster/master cylinder and proportioning valve. Rotors need turned.

Is this a fair price or too high?
