I would almost call it a bus or RV. I like it. Definitely would have one in my driveway. That would make for some great road trips. Notice the dual steering wheels?

A quick Google search and that is the only image of it I could find. Was it never more that just a fantasy rendering?

Lots of far-out fantasizing in Mechanix Illustrated. Out of the 3 Science/Mechanics magazines that were popular in the 50's/60's, it was the worst. (The other 2 being 'Popular Mechanics' and 'Popular Science')

What was the issue date on that?

    now I realize...

"Honey, you drive. I'm going out on the back deck to relax and smoke my pipe."
This makes me realize I've got to build a giant fin to glue on top of our minivan!

I was a bricklayer for 15 years and my dad has a Masonry Contracting business for about 45 years. I have just one little piece of advice...DON'T DO IT! Go buy a BBQ pit! :rofl2: Just kidding but we got carried away at his last house with the BBQ pit, took 3 days to build. We now have a cinder block and cement built in swimming pool, a BBQ pit, we bricked the front of our garage and no telling what else he will find to brick around here next...oh yeah and he is still working 5 days a week with his 2 crews at 68 years old!:yup:

Sorry for being off subject...again :slap:
