Just before 7AM my kid phoned asking if Deb had gone to work but she had not left yet, my kid was woken by the sound, she lives a couple miles away. Deb drives rite past this job site, her office 1/2 block away and they have a few cracked but not broken windows. Another 1/2 hour and the job site would have been full of workers and any later the park is allways full of people.

Rite now they believe a 20lb propane tank did this.....

Cracked windows a 1/2 block away!!!!!! Whatever that is not much left. Good thing it did happen early. Wonder if that building in background had damage?
Rarely hear of a propane tank blowing. I once asked our LP guy and he said he only heard of one and it was around a 100# tank. Said it was nasty.
Always worried about those RV tanks right on the nose of thin aluminum trailers.

(1)(sarcasm, stemming from the times) must've been the Muslims... (2) a long while back, in Spain, there was a vacation land tragedy where; in a KOA campground kind of set up, dozens of trailers with those tanks on their spits went off like a string of firecrackers after an initial explosion of some kind. :49:

Question: Was the propane tank inside one of those big yellow storage containers, or outside it? Looks to me like it was inside it. Tank could have leaked then the entire container could have been turned into a bomb. I remember Mythbusters doing a segment on propane tanks. Very hard to pierce one, but watch out if it does....

Maybe slow leak from the tank filled the container with fumes, a little spark and boom
