    I HAVE FOR SALE A 1959 DODGE SIERRA WAGON, IT HAS A 383 BIG BLOCK, PUSH BUTTON AUTOMATIC, RUNS GOOD, NEEDS TO BE FINISHED, HAS HAD NEW ROCKERS AND OTHER SHEET METAL REPLACED. WILL NEED TIRES AND BRAKE WORK TO BE ROAD WORTHY. I KNOW WHAT THIS CAR IS WERTH SO NO LOWBALLERS PLEASE!     Sweet.... It has been years since I have seen one of these. Even with rust it is a real nice looking Mopar wagon.

    It is my considered opinion that the very best and most interesting styling were produced during 1958 and '59.

    Begs the question...what was in the water then?

    the 59, for sure, and probably the 58 as well, are 6 passenger models. I forget which year, exactly, the change was made, but it was either 58 or 59 that the right rear quarter was changed for the 3 row cars. The earlier ones used Firestone "Captiveaire" tires and did not have a spare. The 59s for sure, and I believe the 58s, had a storage well for the spare, and the access was through a panel in the quarter, not from inside the car. You can see the cut line on cars with it.
