This wagon sold on eBay for I think $710 or something. The buyer (now the seller) took it to the other side of the state is merely trying to flip it for cash.

It is a rare bird in any event. Nothing wrong with trying to make a buck and honestly it's not like the dude is asking for 4 grand or something.

I've only every seen one, talked to the owner for a bit. He looked for one for close to 5 years before he found one. Owning a 68 Cougar I find it interesting but not interested (I'm a GM guy for the most part) as it's far away and I have 3 project cars already (a wagon, a coupe, and a sports car)...

I've never had a problem with sme one flipping a car, used to do it myself all the time way back. I just found it intersting the fact it's a dead ringer for a member old ride. Owning a 67 Cougar myself,i find it interesting but not also......although this cougar isn't torn to a zillion pieces like mine:rofl:

You have a Cougar? Geesh, and you talk about REV and his many cars and when he last drove one............

:christmas: - have a great one Tedy. You and Deb deserve a special one given all the great things you continue to do for others, both human and critter.

Gotcha! After posting the above reply, I saw the other one with the sunroof...when it rains it pours.

Well my 68 is still in on piece, but needs to be at least partially disassembled, hasn't run in 16 years...and the fuel tank rusted out completely (top of it anyway).

Love these mid-sized Fords. I must do, I've had 4 Thunderbirds. Have to say, though, now that I have an even bigger Ford, I'll take the big one any day. They ride better, handle almost as well, and have a LOT more room inside. Surprisingly, the gas mileage is almost exactly the same, too. Better, when you consider Nora was a 351M, and Bertha is a 400, and the gas bills are a wash.
