    Looks in pretty good shape to me. Wouldn't take much to clean it up and get rid of the crap. Repainting might be expensive, but the cost to purchase seems high to me. ($8500.) Or is it not?

    Don't see you making enough back to make the car worth it, but you could sell some of the stuff (lights, siren, etc.) & get PART of your money back. Still don't think you'll get that much.
