I have been keeping an eye out/ on some wagons for when my car does sell. Here are some I've been watching. http://muskegon.craigslist.org/cto/2491314349.html http://omaha.craigslist.org/cto/2538499908.html http://detroit.craigslist.org/wyn/cto/2538004416.html And now it will be harder and more time consuming to search because of this... http://www.jaxed.com/cgi-bin/show.cgi?idx=20110826202627
More I'm watching I know that I am supposed to avoid northern wagons but... This one seems promising. http://lincoln.craigslist.org/cto/2567316497.html Yes I am watching this one even though it is too far away. http://nh.craigslist.org/cto/2594877047.html This at least isn't too far away. http://tulsa.craigslist.org/cto/2538944941.html Honestly I don't know why. http://lincoln.craigslist.org/cto/2512462526.html Another one that isn't far away. http://tulsa.craigslist.org/cto/2618947432.html http://toledo.craigslist.org/cto/2617749110.html http://columbus.craigslist.org/cto/2613556574.html Because why not. http://tulsa.craigslist.org/cto/2589261730.html Well... Have I mentioned that I hate waiting... :banghead3:
If I own more than one vehicle in the state of Missouri a percentage of its value will be deducted from my monthly income for as long as my name is on the title, and my wife might not be able to own a vehicle, aside from not having a license, and it may be a lot more trouble than it's worth to find out... Otherwise, we would have just renewed our cash loan and had a wagon months ago, and just set the kia on the market pasture.
another site i really enjoy using is http://www.searchtempest.com not only does it search craigslist but ebay and a few auto for sale sites
Thanks for the new link. I am sure that has been noticed that I don't look at white wagons... I won't, or rather I can't have white. It is too much light reflection in me eyes. I have really complicated eyes. If I were to get a white one it wouldn't be white for long...
There is a time when you may have to bite the bullet when it comes to what you want and whats around,,,been there, living it. All I ever have wanted for 15 years plus is another Colony Park, 1980 to be exact.... if I held out for one that as worth it (or any year newer), forget the color I dream about with wood.....it would be 15 years later and I still would be wagon-less ...I'm just saying.............
What? Is missouri in China? Even the PRC (Peoples Republic of California) doesn't do that. I'd be leaving Mo.
I am trying to leave! On top of that, I have to be careful with the sale of the kia because they will deduct a percentage of every dollar over a certain amount made from the sale off of one of my monthly paychecks... Basically, I get punished for having money. And they will find out about it because it is in my name. Next week I am going in to social sescrewity to do a little digging into all of this and see if there isn't a way around it...
I still own and drive the kia. It is tagged and insured by me. If I own another car while I am still in legal possession of this wretched little car I get fined. Unless they lied or this regulation has been discontinued. I was told all of this when I won my disability back in '09. There are actually some nice people that work at my local SS office and I will do what I can to talk to one of them so I can figure out what to do. Missouri's laws are weird and are designed to both save [the state] money and make [the state] money. As I have pointed out before, I only get a certain amount each month and it is HALF of what I qualify and am supposed to get. Why? Because of my age and lack of work history which is due to my health problems! It's not my fault that I fell into one of Missouri's little traps! It was better before Roy Blunt was ever in power. He screwed over the disabled and veterans... There are many reasons to leave this state. Even worse, Joplin has had a nickname for a long time; the black hole. Sure, Joplin is one of the cheapest places in America to live, but it is also one of the low-low-income areas. It kinda sucks to think that my family and Z's family that lived here all got out, but they had some one to help them whereas we are having to do it on our own. We are trying the best we can... it is just really hard to get ahead here and when you do it is usually because you got lucky. I think I'm going to go buy a lottery ticket.
