Hi from Rhode Island... no wagon yet

    I drove it on the highway last night and it shuddered around 60-65 mph. The seller insists "the tires need to be balanced" (they were a year ago, according to the receipts); I have a feeling it's the torque converter clutch or rear end. Also, the fuel gauge sloshed all over the place between 1/2 and empty. Is that normal?

    I got him down to $2200. Not sure if it's worth it if the TCC is acting up. On the other hand, the rust isn't too bad and everything works.
