Gallery and Attachment Storage Increase!

    I've increased the amount of attachments you can upload to the forums and gallery. Forum attachment storage has increased from 10 megs to 20 megs and photogallery attachment storage has increased from 20 megs to 40 megs.

    The file size limit when uploading attachments to the forum has been increased from 250 kilobytes to 500 kilobytes (ie .5 meg).
