I like to visit this site to check for a good deals. I've seen some but never when I have the money to buy. this is the 1st time I've seen a wagon. I'm sure someone might like to save it.

Dam, need more pics etc but it's a 455! Sad reallity is due to where the car is, his friends (demo guys) it maite just meet it's end. All that old iron is sad to see demo'd it' meens fewer and fewer parts perioud for our cars....even the other kind of wierdo like us who have big 4 door sedans etc. I know of a old fellow out here who would die for that 71 Chev 4 door, he needs 2 doors and a fender on what was a MINT origonal.

i wanted to get a get a Buick Electra they had months ago. Make sure to check out the "other items" link. Right now there's not much there, but there's usually extra cars in better condition.

So, is this guy saying a smogger 455 is worth $700 (plus the labor to pop it out) to him?
I'll never understand the mindset of folks who take demolition derby seriously. Perhaps this is a good thing.

Big cars are good all around. Whether they be wagons or 4-door sedans! That's all I've ever had, and all I ever will have. Straying from the big car herd the farthest I ever have today, maybe. I have a guy coming with interest in trading me his Silverado for my Crown Victoria.

It really seems foolish to run a 70's car in a derby now, its a classic as it sits.

It just tortures me to look at this site. The stuff they want to sell for the derbies makes me sick.

It's up to "us" to save them all. I always check the site to see what's available when i have some money burning a hole in my pocket. Unfortunately, that hasn't been very often as of late.

Some of those cars look to be in pretty good shape and very restorable. I was glad to see there weren't many wagons.

The Kingswood is on the "Other Items" page, which says it's for "non-derby material."

Unfortunately there are a few wagons in the "photo album" section, including a '76 Buick derbied in 2010 :(. The proprietor's first derby car was a '75 AMC Sportsman.

i have also been on that site looking around before and even though its common to see those wagons ran in the derbies its a fact of derby life i've seen a '73 buick wagon ran in a local stoney roberts derby before but it was a pre-ran car, and yea i like these older wagons too but i also like watching the pre-ran ones in derbies as well.
