I got a PM back from Mrs. LowLow...I hope it's OK that I pass this along? They are fine, cars in the garage and hibernation is almost over so hopefully they'll be back on line before too long.
I've got my own thread?? WOW!!! mg: My english is to bad to describe how I feel. I'm really, really glad that you gyus even remember us! If thats not Love, what is???? We are still alive and kickin! As Fannie told you, we've had a long cold winter, with a lot of snow, so the "real" cars (not the volvo, that one is always on wheels) has been hidden in the garage. For the moment, we are waiting for the spring, the Nash Lafayette is out for sale and soon the Buick will see the sun again. Our beloved dogs are as insane as always, they love the snow, indeed. I will post some pictures! In about three weeks we are moving about 900 km south, to my fathers farm or whatever you should call it. And of course the Buick and the dogs will tag along!
Strike!! Hemi wanted to take a look behind the couch.... And this is how Northern Light looks like! It only shows at night, when the temperatures is changing in a certain way.....
This is how much I pay attention. I didn't know Mrs. LowLow was in Sweden! Now wonder they all were holding up for the winter. Love the dogs.
Hey Mrs 2low...I thought the winter would have you on the computer talking to us more than ever! What else is there to do in the winter besides play with the dogs (and sleep on the couch)? How's 2low's shoulder doing? I have seen you pop in and out here but you haven't posted......thought you were mad at us. Tell us more about your move south.
Sometimes Im really sorry that I cant write better in english, I have so much fun to tell you, guys! But I'll give it a try, and if you don't understand maby you can ask. Mr LowLows shoulder is much better, the doctors threatend to put a knife in it, but instead LowLow started to do some exercise. HE EVEN GOES TO YOGA-CLASSES! My bad boy, tatooed, shaved head and dirty jeans.... On a YOGACLASS?? You should have seen it... We also tried som boxing, but Lowlow wanted to go home after I punched his shoulder out of the joint AGAIN! Ooups... He said I pucnhed like his mother so.... A few weeks ago, we took a trip south, to visit my family and do some working. We were 4 grown-ups, one baby, 5 dogs (not the small type...) and packing enough to be gone for a week, with a little bit o TETRIS-thinking we got it all in, in a Volkswagen Caravelle, you know- a minibus? Fredrik started to drive, we were a bit nervous, cause he got his license the day before... And as you all know , I've already crashed last year... First 400 km of the trip whent safe and nice... Just 600 km to go!! Then we stopped at an seven-eleven to fill up with some coffe and stuff, when we got out to continue our trip the F-CKING car was dead. Totally... We tried evertythin and it was dead like a rutten roadkill. We tried to give it som extra power from another battery, we tried to push it and so on... For several hours. But it was still dead. Of course it was friday evening, so everything was closed. No help to get! I hade a flight to catch the following day, so we had'nt that much time either. At last, we decided to take a rental-car, and of course they didnt have any big cars in. So we had to put the baby and its mom an night-bus, like a greyhoundbus. Then rent a car, put all the dogs, all the bags and three people in it and hurry to our capital city. It was just 500 km, easy when you havent slept in 24h.... We needed to get there before the bus, cause we didnt want the mother and her child to be stuck in a big town around 5 in the morning. At least, many hours later, we came to my fathers house... 10 souls who really, really needed to get some sleep. It was wonderfull to lay down in a small bed! The whole trip took about a day longer then expected, and 600 dollars more than expected... But hey! I didnt miss my flight to London! In a couple of weeks, we are gonna make the same trip again. But this time, we take TWO cars! Better safe than sorry, we also have this extra enjourance that whatever happens someone is fetching us and pays a hotell and a train or flightticket!
Great story, mrs 2low! But a trying one, for sure. Let me assure you that your english is just fine and that NO one will not understand you. But.....who is Fredrik? Glad you made it finally. I'm wondering, though, why you are going to London? How far is London?
