I scored these yesterday and can ID what cars a couple are from, but I'm really unsure on most of them. I know the yellow knob crank handle is GM from about '67-early 80s. One of these look Mustang, and the set of mirros I think are Packard? The boxed cranks are NOS aftermarket for FORD 1928-1932. Thats for sure. so if anyone could help me find what cars these went, I'd really appreciate it...Thanks!
I've looked at 50s Packards, 1954-1965 Mopars, 1953-1965 FoMoCo, and I even poked around some Cadillacs. AAHHH!! I'm going CRAZY trying to find out what that mirror set is! I've found what the remote mirror is I THINK.
Nice find! I 'd like to buy the mirrors, one appears to have a larger shroud or is that a illusion.. PM me with price if your willing to sell I have a 60 Buick that would be period correct. I you want or could, better pics of mirrors sitting up to compare.
HUMMMM? Any markingz cast into the pedistal base? The twin strutz are definatlly NOT anything Chrysler ever hung on there Iron. Mother had Twin Strutz but nothing even close to that design! Single strut MAYBE, but if so it'll be marked on the under side of the strut with a part#. GL with 'um, Jer
The twin pedestal deals are 1950's-'60's Yankee aftermarket accessory fender mount mirrors. I think? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1950-60s-CHEVY-FORD-CHROME-YANKEE-FENDER-MOUNT-MIRROR-/260735739999?pt=Vintage_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item3cb50fa85f#ht_500wt_716
THATS IT! THANK YOU SO MUCH! I pulled these from an old antique booth that was closing up and selling stuff off. Oh, and cadipacer, a PM is coming.
