Hey everybody. I just recently found myself the owner of an incredibly well-kept 1980 Plymouth Volare Wagon. I'm very happy with it. The interior is in very good shape minus some sun-fading on the interior trim. The biggest prize is the beautiful and legendary slant-6 225 c.i.d. engine.

The plan for Murphy (the wagon) is as my fun daily driver. I hope to garner some info from all here on certain non-engine issues that may arise. See you around!

Hey howdy, right on I love those sixes, although I have a Ford.
    Have you been to slantsix.org?

Yup yup. I belong to two /6 forums. No offense wagoneers, but the engine was the first thing I had to tackle for road and family readiness before I could turn my attention to the INterior. Now is that time.

    Here's Murphy's rear:

:Welcome:, I've owned 2 Volaries, both slant six wagons, both awesome cars! I really like the one year only square head lite front end on those 80's. Both mine were pre 80......now lets see more pics!:thumbs2:

Once the Heavens stop dumping feet and feet of snow on us, I'll get some more pics out there. So... the way it's looking I'm thinking that'll be July-ish.
