A real class individual

At first this seems like a reasonable car. I've always liked this body style and although I'm not in the market I do like to look. Then I read the Q&A at the bottom. Even if I was interested in this thing I wouldn't bid on this just because the seller seems like a total a$$hole. On one hand I can understand his frustration, but wow.

Car like that shouldn't even be on E-bay - nothing that special about it.
He should just put it on A/T or CL........

 

Hey! Don't get mad guys. I think he's great at making a complete A$$ of himself.

What we need on this 3rd Rock from the Sun is a blackhole for a-holes! We've got them here in Canukistan too, but most are in politics. Like a bad fart, it just lingers.

 

The funny part is that the car is doctored so the 3 previous buyers likely just walked away from it. That's why he's so pissed off.

 

How is the car doctored pray tell?

 

OK...haven't looked at the ad again but IIRC the car has a cheap paint job and the front seat has a cover but not the back seat. Makes me suspicious.

 

I did see the mention of a recent paint job. I was also curious about the front vinyl bench and cloth back seat. Bottom line is the onus is on the bidder to determine if those things are acceptable before they bid. If they had any negative inklings they shouldn't have bid. Granted I don't know what the circumstances were for the other people backing out. I've seen a few auctions where the winning bidder was apparently oblivious to how they would get the car to themselves from the other side of the country.

Regardless of the car's condition the guy selling it is obviously a complete douche bag and not somebody I would consider doing business with. It would almost be worth bidding on it and stiffing him again just to piss him off more.

 

That may be what's been happening.

Theese people only hurt themselves. I have passed up a lot of deals because of people like this.
