Nothing special here, mine is all stock and in need of a freshening up, but Im not gonna bother till I rebuild or replace the tired old L05. Planning on a 310 hp Blueprint crate motor from Summit.

Here she is all dirty when I got her

Here she is after a quick spray of Simple Green and a hose off.

Sure is Tedy, I started using it on my Nitro (nitromethane) powered RC cars and trucks years ago to clean them up . I actually used a mix of 1 cup alcohol, 1/2 cup WD-40 and the rest to the bottle was filled with Simple Green. It cut through the oil from the fuel as well as the mud and dust and the WD protected it from rusting. Its Good Shat for sure and smells great to boot!

Simple Green is all i use for most things. For heavy heavy break dust i use Kaboom.

Simple Green is safe on the rubber, plastic, weakened down its easy on the leather. Easy on paint. takes oil off without touching it, who could ask for more. It smells good and its safe incase you accidentally drink some!!:drink:

I don't know how well I would have got through my engine bay job without several gallons of mineral spirits, and a spray bottle. Paint scrapers and wire brushes were required.

To this. Same valve covers just painted. The car came with the air cleaner, just painted. The radiator is new because the old one was shot. That is a Mark VIII fan. I have it running on two toggle switches. Still working on it. It will be a while, before he is good looking..:coco:
