How did doctors come to the conclusion that exercise prolongs life?


The rabbit is always jumping, but it lives for only 2 years. The turtle that doesn't exercise at all, lives 400 years.

And Jim Fixx, the avid jogger and health/fitness proponent, had a heart attack at the age of 52. Ironically, it happened while he was jogging.

Most of you know that Joe and I have been rehabbing the cab interior of our '95 Styleside truck. Since putting lighted visors in, which came with the provision for a Gentex-brand mirror, we've been looking for one to install. Today, we found one, a model 177, which we installed and freshly calibrated:
