    What is the little two door, second from the left, with the forward slanting "C" pillar and the continental kit?
    There is one that Very much resembles this car that has driven through my neighborhood twice recently. It looks Nash/Rambler-ish to me, but I haven't been able to positively ID it yet.

    I believe it's a Mercury, my dad had a '54 Monterey in '55 that was very close to this car. I'd have to dig out his pic of him standing next to it to compare the two.

    The car I've seen in my neighborhood has a very distinct front end as well as an unusual two-tone scheme. I have only seen it in motion, but I think it's name was something Ambassador or Cosmopolitan or something like that.

    After further review, I believe the car I have seen is a early-mid 50's Nash Ambassador.

    Maybe the one in the photo is Nash Statesman Country Club.
