    I really liked the style of those and some of the early ‘50’s Ford Vedettes.

    It got decent enough gas mileage. The 2.4 was a balance-shaft engine, and was VERY smooth. One of the smallest cars we've ever owned, but it was quite comfortable. It was only when we had to start schlepping around stuff for 2 babies (they were only 1.5 years apart) that we decided we needed something larger.

    Of all of the vehicles I checked on this thread, the Big Wheel is the only one I've seen or could afford. No, I've never owned one of them either.

    That was word play on his comment, suggesting that from all the Big Wheels he mentioned, he had stolen one of them
