Thanks for that HandyAndy, can't get the link to work though. I'll google it later. I've got the images listed in the gallery under Ford Australia.

Haha. I've always run Internet Explorer. Version 6.0 had thte last of the best database structures for the Favorites (links). I complained on the Microsoft blogs about IE 7's lazy structure and some program leader chimed in ranting at me. I called his boss the next day, a good friend since 1988, and he promised to improve the next one. In IE 6.0 I could handle 6,000 links (Car resto and home renos, plus related stuff and business stuff). IE 8.0 handles it much better.

I hate rust as well, it supposed to be at the bottom of the doors on this one (inc grille & bumber). The only saving grace is the car was registered in the state of New South Wales, where they have some of the toughest laws for vehicles including a pit inspection each year to renew the registration. But I'll find out shortly. The only other wagon of this vintage was the following for the same sort of money:

Please read the sellers description and the look at the car, I'm thinking he may not be looking at what he has listed???

There is/was? an active Ford Falcon club here in the US. A good group to get to know.

Speaking of forums, I got this from a Mexican Falcon site. A whole bunch of Mexican Falcon tuning videos, plus, plus!

This one could only happen in Mexico!

If you like custom handpainted murals and Candy Apple finishes, Mexico has the artists. It was a real visual treat living in Guadalajara for 5 years. The young guys do incredible things to their cars and pickups. Awesome paintwork!

A lot of the flicks are from Argentina, but built in Australia. Aussies build a lot of cars for Brazil, Argentina, South Africa/Zaire, etc.
