I've seen this one before, fairly recently. I don't remember it being at a dealership though. And, I don't remember if we discussed it here. Sucks gettin' old....

That's my old wagon. I originally saved it from a tow company in Phoenix AZ that was going to scrap it. I cleaned it up, and used it for a DD for about a year, then sold it on eBay in 09 to a buyer in Baton Rouge. What is weird is the wagon looks exactly they way it did when I sold it. Even the tires are the same.

It's great that you were able to save it from getting scrapped! Looks like whomever you sold it to traded it in to this dealership that's currently selling it?

That's a pretty nice wagon for $5k! :thumbs2: You could do a lot worse at that price.

I called the seller out of curiosity. He bought the wagon at auction so knew nothing about it's history. Since it's been 7 years since I originally sold it, and it looks exactly the same it makes me wonder if something happened to the buyer.

Unfortunately I've seen that before, I sold a 73 Cutlass Supreme to a really nice older retired guy in Mesa AZ. Only to see the new owner post pics in a Facebook forum I belong to, of the car he had just picked up at a estate sale a few years later.
