    "1970 chevy
    transmission : automatic
    title status : clean

    1970 Chevrolet Impala Townsman Wagon

"The County Coroner " was $4500.00 NOW $4000

The body has been well preserved and is in GREAT condition with only surface rust that has been clear coated to maintain its age and look.

The interior needs work, the headliner, door panels left and right (do not have) and it needs carpet." please see photos"

The front seat is black in in good condition rear seat is folded down and needs to be re-upholstered.

This is a great project due to its solid body. It is straight!

The engine is a FRESH build 350 with roller cam & rockers and headers paired with a newer overdrive transmission

moves this BIG WAGON quite nicely with good fuel milage.

Mileage reads *92000* on title but also states not actual mileage

I have added a booster to the break system as it has drum breaks front and rear

with new pads and all 4 hubs have been turned.

Has new duel exhaust. (see Photos)

All floor panels are original with no rot.

This is a VERY UNIQUE LOW PRODUCTION MODEL STATION WAGON.

    "TOWNSMAN"

    Needs very little to finish.

All mechanics has been done,Almost new tires,All gauges work as they should.

    It has a 350 CID

    4 barrel carb,dual exhaust,Auto transmission with overdrive.

It has been lowered 2" in front,

    Has a great STANCE.

Finish it up and take it to the next level or use it as a daily driver as is.

THE COUNTY CORONER WAGON will be the coolest entry at the next car show.

That is actually a Bel-Air "Townsman" wagon. The Impala was a "Kingswood".

It has two tail lights total each side. One in each fender and one in each side of door.
