It might have a few usable parts on it so my offer would probably be $1000.

Oh my, what a shame!:tsk: Parked outside on dirt under trees for 10 years in steamy, humid Florida! The roof rust alone looks fatal, and god only knows what the undercarriage must look by now! Parts car is right.

And "working A/C"?!?! I doubt if anything on this heap works now.

    Me too!

I think that we may need to keep an eye on this one as it is parts car and it will be in a derby somewhere at some point, the damage to the rear quarter will see to that, but there is no point in junking all the good bits either. I hope someone from this forum will snatch it before it is derbied and part it out first as I for one would like to salvage some bits myself.

    Cheers Mike.

"no mechical problems when last moved 10 years ago, just needs fresh gas, battery and tires pumped to move"

Why hasn't the seller pumped the tires up for photos at least? This thing is not road-worthy in the state it's in, but with a lot of restoration work it'll pass. As it is now I wouldn't drive it two feet, look at that thing!

Do you know that scene in Ghostbusters where Ray gets the 1959 Cadillac Ambulance/Hearse and lists what it needs to be run? Yeah, This is like that.

(Oh and that 1985 Jaguar XJ6 which was in the garage where I've been living leaked all or most of its oil out on the floor over a period of five years and about five months.)

I agree totally, Mike. It's value at this point is as a parts car. I'd be happy to snatch it up for the forum if it were at all close, but it's not. It will have to be towed away, but could be a wealth of rare and invaluable parts. :bouncy:
