Hey Stef, with our members being all over the world, why not be a first in this Auto Forums world?

We all spend time in junkyards, or our neighbours are going through 'spring cleaning' and asking us car buffs if we know if anyone might want their cast-offs or parts or cars.

How about a Forum here, where we can post info about it, or ask folks to keep an eye out for something?

For instance, more Fox-bodied 6 cylinder cars were sold in the Southern US, than in the North. I need some parts, but there's no way to scour the small towns, etc.

Well Norm, just post it in any forum you want. I see no reason to start another forum when as has been politely mentioned before...... In the last year cars not wagons are posted in the wagons for sale section and at times in other wrong forums. A car and truck general forum was started, but who cared....... post what ever, where ever you want. We need a Silver Fox again IMO, WHO Would tidy things up a lot, seamed posts in the correct place happened in the good old days although "oops" happened now and then, but time passed and "who cares/'. I have a lawn mower for sale, guess it's OK to post it, in the wrong forum..................

You have a great idea on paper, Norm....... but the members won't/don't give a crap and will post where ever they want. The more senior members IMO are the worst (not all), and have been leading by example to the newer members, so.....who cares? In another year it's going to be like face shmook.... post what ever, when ever, hope you get some hits, if not try again, no organization .........................................

    Now that is my rant!:tiphat:

I'm wanting to buy a good used and not abused lawn mower. Size, shape, and color not important. If you have one please deliver it to the Florida boonies and I will test it during the upcoming spring season. A barnfind mower with little or no patina or rust is important. My neighbors think I have lots of money so I want to hold up my image. Mowers from Canada will be considered but it is your responsibility to get it through customs. :biglaugh::rofl2:.
May have Foxbody parts to trade.

Its OK, Tedy. I thought we'd be a first, but I discovered that we wouldn't be. They have it on the FourEyedForums Site (seems to work to, because its right on the main page!):
    http://vb.foureyedpride.com/forumdisplay.php?75-FREE-PARTS-(NO-SALES-OR-TRADES)

And this one is only for Parts found on resale websites:
    http://vb.foureyedpride.com/forumdisplay.php?50-FYI-Ads-**-Four-Eye-Related-Parts**

You can't even see those subforums unless you're signed in. :rofl2:

You ever been in politics CAT? They're good at extrapolating un-related 'factoids'.

Anyway. Tedy. I found a 4-speed tranny for a 200 CID, still on the engine, with shifter, with clutch, pressure plate, flywheel, shift cable, and bellhousing, for the cost of shipping - FREE!

And my wife has relatives in San Antonio, who can pull and pack it up.:thumbs2:
