Just like the one we had in the 80s except ours was green! :) Ours was a little different... ours had high-back bucket seats (non-adjustable head rests) and ours had a different instrument cluster. Ours also had "MPG" on the front fenders.

Those are both exceptionally nice. I really like the wheels and plaid interior on the blue one. Does it also have air conditioning? I think that may be an A/C compressor on the driver's side of the engine compartment, but I'm not sure.

No, the blue one does not have a/c. I don't think so, anyway. On the heater controls, it looks like there are just 3 positions: Vent, floor and defrost. I think that is the power steering pump you are seeing. The lines of that are not big enough in diameter to be from an a/c compressor.

They are both exceptionally beautiful examples of a rare car. The one thing that struck me about both of them is the colour. By that, I mean there IS colour. Both are very vibrant, definite hues, with no muddy undertones. Just clean, crisp, sharp colour. I miss that in the new cars. Too many of the new colours are muddy or with a grey undertone that makes even the 'Plum Crazy' on the new Challenger look drab in comparison to the original. The blue one is particularly great, with that plaid interior. I'm not normally a fan of these cars, but I would love either, or preferably both, in my driveway. I'd just drop in a nice 302/AOD combo and have great performance and lovely fuel economy.

I owned the orange/brown one for a while. Search my old post. It is interesting that it is now priced low. Several months ago Adam had it priced much higher. It is truly in rare condition and a great driver with the Cologne V-6. I enjoyed it.

    yowzah ! yowzah !! yowzah !!!

I'm in LOVE ! :chirp: Either or both would be nice. And, yes, the colors are great... MPG on your fenders probably meant it came with a 1600 or 1800 instead of the 2300. And, yes, I know they're just Pinto's in disguise--- but I like my Pinto's in disguise... :yup:

The colors are perfect, but that blue is stunning! That is the perfect shade of blue for a wagon!

Agree totally about the colors!! Vibrant and beautiful! And , yes, this shows how bad the paint colors are for most new cars. Wonder why that is? Probably about half the new cars in my area are silver or some drab form of gray.

I just got the chance to look at the ads. Love both of them. Would gladly drive either but I do prefer the blue one, but not the steering wheel it has. I wonder though, what kind of gas mileage would they get?
