And people admire them on their way down the road too! That'll teach politicians to call them gas-guzzlers. The upsides outweigh the downsides. It's almost like saying a beautiful woman costs a lot to maintain! Which is it? The beauty or the beast?

I think we need our resident experts to chime in on this, but I thought it was said the movie cars were destroyed.

I'm guessing this one is a replica. Complete with "jump" damage. Missing front bumper, etc. The honky lips grafitti is a nice touch. Although I think I'd like it better if pristine like it was delivered to the Griswalds.

I think you're right. The woodgrain is too light and the moldings too dark. Good job of it though!(y)

Wrong mirror on passenger door, not supposed to have one there, and no gas filler in the hood. The two biggest give aways. Someone was kind enough to open a door into the right rear quarter panel of my wagon, and put a good size ding in it. It scraped part of the woodgrain off as well. To hide it until I can fix it correctly, I did this...............[IMG]

There was a woman up here who drove taxis and limos, and she got some printed for her airport clients, if they were renting cars. Smart, cause they always asked for her the next time they came to town. I'll ask around and see if the she's still around and get a copy. She had about 20 different ones, but that was the most popular. :D
