    Thanks for the compliments guys!!

The bulbs are toast, took then out and the rears were burned black. But I'll pick up a new flasher just to be safe.

So I picked up some fresh rubbing compound and turtle wax. This car is going to look pretty nice. Its going to be a 10 footer but I wasn't expecting a miracle out of 34 year old paint.

I've only done the front end but the rest will be done in the near future.

Not much of an update, but its been compounded and waxed. Exterior wise all I need to do is buff and polish the bumpers. Then it will be good to go.

Next I need to detail the interior, so many stains on the carpet!

Also need to figure out why the rear passenger door doesn't work, it won't open and the window won't go up or down...oh the joys of having a 35 year old car.

Beautiful car!! And with all the background info you have, it must be a kind of time machine feeling riding around in it.. Good job on the rub/polish.. Even a 10 foot job is hard to accomplish.

Hmm, interesting choice of options on that car.......power windows and locks, but radio delete and dog dish hubcaps. Was there a reason for that?

Great wagon with some nice options, and it looks sweet in your Mid-Century carport, to boot!
Echoing MotoMike, what's with the radio delete? Gotta be the newest car I've seen without at least AM!
Maybe they thought the dogs would change the station?

Time well spent, 77. It looks great. I love this wagon; very unique with the radio delete and I'm loving the dog dishers. Not very many Cutlasses, wagons or sedans, came with them.
