Whoa! A lot of car for $1750! Looks like it has a split front seat, too. If it's not rusty...I'd take this one even with the roll ups!:yup:

Yikes. Somebody buy this car from this guy. Did you notice what he wrote? "Drive it for a while, then derby it". Quick, this car's too nice to even think about the "d" word; it must get a good home right away before it's too late.

I agree SF. Wonder if he has the stock wheels and tires and the fender skirts. Even if he doesn't, it's still a good deal. He says it's a daily driver so mechanically it must be sound.

I'll tell you, snoot...if a member here doesn't jump this one I will really want to know the reason why. The ONLY reason, in my mind, would be rust problems. I don't see any but would have to see the underside. If there are no serious rust issues, the car's a steal IMHO!

How would you even get a car from Canada? Do you have to pay large taxes on that kind of stuff?

Looks like there's a hole right through the rear bumper. Hard to tell in the photo, but there might be a rust spot behind the driver's side front wheel well.

Is this car supposed to have rear wheel skirts? It looks like something is missing.

"My wife drives this car every other day."

So on the days she doesn't drive, does she push?

It can run fine with rot... like my Thunderbird did until the body fell off :)

It's a nice-looking wagon. The rear bumper would need to be replaced, and you would certainly want to check it underneath for rust, but if it passes that test, $1750 is a very good price, I think. I like the white over red color scheme, too. It IS missing the fender skirts. Maybe the seller has them. Kind of neat that it has bucket seats.

    Here's a nice-looking '76. Price might be a bit steep.

I'm going to be in Calgary in a couple of days, but I just checked the distance to Strathcona County, and it is too far...160 miles. Bummer.

Check out the rear window weatherstrip, it looks like new! :slap:
