Sorry to hear about the VW. But what a good story. I am glad it all worked out fine for you all. Including the 5 dogs.
We were just on an a weekend, with my family. Some shopping, and other tourist-things! Propably 3000 miles, a couple of hours in the plane! Lowlow stayed home with the dogs thoug! Fredrik and Jenny-Ann is our friends, the babys parents! They are often around when we're getting in trouble!
Lowlow won't ever travell with a VW again, ever... I have problem to get him in the Volvo as well... So today he started up the Buick!
It's great having you, your stories and your pictures back. As SF says your english is fine...actually I understand you better then some others That sounds great, going to London to go shopping, etc. It's fun to go away isn't it? Well except for the car bit and the bed doesn't look REALLY comfortable, but fun to share time with the family. Really glad your back
yoga??.....next he'll be wearing a fanny pack... no offense Fannie.... gald to see you back luv...say hi to the ol man
You know that our dogs is compeding in obedience, but we also training for the Weigt Pull season. Hemi, the youngest one, tried to pull the wagon for the first time this week, and I really liked her way to work. Not many dogs has this energy the first time they try! She's gonna be dangerous at the competitions this summer! Maby she will live up to her name??? =)
Hey do you use them for ski-joring? We have club here that harnesses up the dogs for pulling skiers. http://www.snowmotion.ca/activities/skijoring
Thats looks like something fun to do, but it would be suicidal to do it with our dogs. They have no respect for speed, turns or acutally anything that could come in the way. You know, german shepherds always thinks they are bigger than everything that comes in their way!
Great pics of the puppys Mrs Low Low.....I should have had the camera this AM when rouph touph Rascal and Kirby were lap pets on my honey this AM
The wagon was empty so it was only 160 kg, Jim acted weights behind the wagon, and if I look at her technics I would guess the pull was simular to around 8-900 kgs. To comped with the really god dogs in Sweden she has to pull around 1300-1500 kgs, it depends on the track- if its carpet, dirt or snow during the competition. They comped in differnet weight-classes, and the one who won Hemis class in the swedish competitions this wekeend pulled 1305 kg, on a pretty heavy track.
I would be happy if my dogs would get out of my recliner chair when I asked them toNeat dogs you have.
