...I'd make a offer on this, and then I WOULD barn my wagons for the winter.....well I'd barn 1 (the crewzer). This would be a awesome winter car, my wagons could be sunny day drivers only.

Put a grey roof on this and it would look like the 77 Impala I used to own, cept for the slite nose clip difference.

Even has the seat cushion on the drivers side, just like my Crewzer did. I'll bet that seat is mint under it! Be a great parts doner for a wagon!

Can't believe I am saying this, but not many of them left on the road, almost (almost) a Classic.
    (I can't believe 1990 was 20 years ago. WTH?)
Would be a good donar car, but would hate to see such a straight rig cut up. Just MHO.

I can't believe it either, my daughter was born in 90 and I don't know which is harder to get my head around:
    That she is 20 or
    That 1990 was 20 years ago:drink:

And for $1500 you could have a matching 2 door.....

    Wish the pics were better.

Green 1979 Chevy Impala in pretty good shape interior is like new and just a few rust spots on the body. Brakes done last year has 83000km on the stock 350 small block.

    grama driven
    always taken care of
    starts first try everytime
    no problems.

    no reasonable offers refused, thanks.

Actually, I'm mentally only about 11 or 12 years old, the only real difference is that I have a driver's license (Blame the state of Geirgia for that1) and noone tells me when it's time to go to bed anymore. Come to think of it, I could probaly use some more adult guidance. Good thing my kids are growing up!;)

I've been keeping my eye on a Roadmaster in my area for the last few weeks. Hoping against hope that it doesn't sell before I can set aside the money. Before he passed away the previous owner had some "custom" paint put on the tailgate. Seem appropriate to post a pic of it here.

You saying "I" can get restored?? WHERE??:biglaugh:

It all depends fannie....If the guy ran like hell after being spotted, it was Norm. If the guy took a 1/2 hour just to gimp to the edge of your drive way, it was me:rednose:

Well, your body may be restorable, but I can assure you none of my buddies can be. Far too much rust has caused important parts to fall off, other parts have swollen way out of shape, never to be shrunk back to original specs, they've gotten shorter, wider, their headlights don't work too well at night, and obviously there's a problem with the motor and tranny going. :rofl2:

Of course I'm the picture of good health, I can still fit one leg into the waist of the jeans I had when I was a teenager, and I can even still wear the belt (okay, around my wrist to hold my watch now, but hey......), I've still got hair and both of them don't look to white yet (could be the reflection off the tan on top of my head). I'm as tall as I never was, and weight about the same as I did 30 years ago if I only put one foot on the scale at a time. Heck, each side only weighs what I did back then so I'm doing pretty good. I can still walk a full block before having to stop and wheeze and gasp and I can jog as good as ever from the bed to the bathroom when nature suddenly calls - four or five times a night - I got to have a chat with the operator and get that turned off so I can get some sleep.
