Bought it with a decent body/paint/interior, and changed out ALL the mechanicals! Street legal, street driven, built by myself with the help of my great wife and kids.
425" motor, built from a 351W. AFR 225 heads, 10.7:1 CR (perfect for pump gas), and a small solid roller cam. Transmission is a 4R70W, with a lock-up torque converter - I can cruise down the highway at a bit over 2000rpm.
I've gone as quick as 11.51 in the quarter mile - which is as fast as they will allow without a rollbar. I've gone 7.30 in the 1/8-mile, though, which is equal to about an 11.35.
