  • This is my 1968 Mercury Colony Park. I am the second owner. I bought it from the son of the original owner. It was a dealer display model and as such it is well optioned with twin lounge seats, power seat, power locks, AC, AMFM radio, Stereo speakers, and factory window tint. The original owner drove it as their only car until around 2002 after which it sat dormant in a garage until 2013 when I got it.

Originally a 390 car, the original engine was pulled for another vehicle while in storage. The Merc is now powered by a slightly modded 428. Mods include: a Comp cam, Summit Racing street/strip carb, Nissan starter, Sanderson shorty headers, enlarged fan, and electronic ignition. The interior is basically all original in Nugget Gold vinyl with fake wood accents. It's restrained but very nice looking in my opinion. It's in good shape except for a couple holes near the floor on the passenger and rear seat.
