I've been pretty much going through my wagon from top to bottom since I've had it. Most recent additions include an 8" rear-end, Red-Head Steering box, newly Performance Coatings coated (but older) headers, 140 watt alternator, and a subwoofer.
Last year it got a full interior redo, Scarebird front disc conversion, new front fenders, and 1500 watt stereo upgrade.
One thing I did was converted to late-model Ford Ranger and Escort belt-line weatherstrip on the upper parts of the doors.
I also converted over from a non-synchro 3-speed on the column to a Dagenham 4-speed about 5 years ago. This required some re-engineering of what is a pretty weak 4-speed, but so-far, so good.
Enjoy.
