1964 Ford Ranch wagon

Back in 2010 I had a 1949 ford sedan posted on CL for $500 and a gentleman called and asked to see the car. Gave directions and met him. He was driving this 64 Ranch Wagon which I'd never noticed a Ranch wagon before. Anyhow, long story short, he wanted to trade the 49 Sedan which was a basket...flat 6, didn't run, no wiring, no headliner, no door panels, cracked window glass, rusty...just a basket. I thought something must be wrong with the wagon as this guy must be crazy. Bench seat was swapped out for late model Camaro seats, cracked windshield and tailgate lift motor was only thing wrong with the car. Talk about a trade in my favor!
