Well today I got up and noticed my alarm clock was flashing '12:45'....'12:45', and I figured the power went out at some time. Wife's wind-up said around 7:00 and i had to get up early so I said what the hey..... Did 2 of the 3 'S''s (one not necessary..) and had 3 leftover cinnamon rolls and a cup of coffee. Hit the internet - nothing going on. Checked for new assignments for work - nothing new. Hit the road, hoping I could make it to Costco or their (relatively) cheap gas, since the dash was flashing 'LOW FUEL' at me from yesterday. YeeHaw, made it ok. Costco wasn't open yet, so I couldn't check on a Rx I had put in - gas station was open though. Got the gas, hit the freeway again and inspected a '08 Civic at a tow yard. Bad hit to the right front. Right apron shoved to the left about 5", right front suspension trashed, driver's air bag and right side curtain airbag blown. Looks to be a nice total loss. We'll see. Driving home heard the news that Disco queen Donna Summer has passed. That's a shame. Always seemed to me to be a very classy lady. Well it's 11:25 and the wifey said she's taking herself to Mickey D's. I asked her if she was bringing it back here to eat (hint,hint...) ...."grumble grumble (I guess not...) Oh well. Well that's MY day so far.......
Be glad you could do that! I've done a lot of things and there are still more I'd like to do. There are also things I done did that I can't do anymore. And many more I wouldn't want to did if I could!
Got up and looked back at the bed this mornin' like alwayz. I WAZN'T STILL THERE SO IT'S AH GOOD DAY Passed the wife in the hall for our two seconds of "HALL SEX"! Pretty well covered it for us too! Except I got up at 7AM for a nature call, said morning to wife standing in the lving room smiling and full of energy. Well, she looked that way! Headed back to bed yelling "good nite" got up again bright and early 11 AM! Checked Emails and took her shopping in the rain. Might have said a few intellegent things about "what did ya buy". Been playin on the computer ever since. I'm tired!
Pup Griffin woke me just like every day @ 5AM, got up, pet, srcatch and hug both the boys, let them out, turned on the coffee pot, had a shower, poured a coffe, let the boys back in and then went WTF!?!?...it was still dark out! It was only 4:30 AM:banghead3:............
My day off today cause I work the weekend. Headed into town to collect donations for the car show. Got home around 4:00. 6:30 we headed out for supper, #1 son treating me and his GF's mom. Both hubbies came along too cause we couldn't stand all the whining Who's 'Small White Car' anyway? Comes in gets all chatting and leaves again...wonder what he/she did today.
