So I have been working on the '73 Buick doing some mild body work, filling in dings, dents, and some holes. It still has imperfections but I'm just fine with that.

I would like to do a single stage acrylic enamel single stage respray on the wagon. I have my buddies 33 gallon a/c and all that I need to spray.

I found a color that is fitting and pretty close to the factory green on Trinity 1945:

But I can not get them to pick up the phone when I call. The Buick has been spray painted Rustolum automotive primer. I want to know if that is compatible with their paint.

Anyone know of any other company that has paint kits like this? I am working on a shoe string budget.

Yeah, the Rustoleum will take other paint bases with no issues. Just don't sand down to bare metal. :naughty:

What if you are looking for a specific color? Like you have a Dupont paint code or something.
