I am in need of an upholstery for both seats in my 71 Buick Sportwagon. Standard bench seat kits won't work because my seats have sold backs, not split like normal cars. My current seats are custom and I am thinking of going back to stock.

Anyone know where I can find any?

They don't make them as far as I know?
I had to have the ones for my '71 Vista Cruiser made by a trim shop using some NOS vinyl I had and SMS Fabrics made the rest of the vinyl, looks exactly the same as the NOS stuff. The trim shop used the old gnarly seat covers for patterns. :)

Mocka....there are a lot of those companies around and I think that one is OK. You have to be careful buying carpet....sometimes it is thin cheap stuff. I like the heavy old top end carpet.
Regarding your seat...it appears that everything will clean up nicely and the only problem seems to be the lower front seat. At least from what I can see. Before buying a seat cover you may want to check around your area for a GOOD mom & pop upholstery shop recommended by car guys. It may be a better way to go to just fix this.....

I would also recommend getting all the mechanicals in order and the car running perfectly before dumping money into the cosmetics.

    Tim,
Try SMS Auto Fabrics at: http://www.smsautofabrics.com/. Send them your vehicle's details (including trim plate numbers) and they will mail you samples of the vinyl, fabric and carpeting used on your particular model. I used them about a year ago for a carpet restoration project I did on my '75 Caprice Estate...and am about to use them again to try and restore my driver's seat. The samples they sent me were an exact match.
Good luck and keep us posted! :2_thumbs_up_-_anima

Now if I could only find a supplier for the "GM" rubber floor mats that were offered back then, I'd be thrilled!
