Hi.. new member from upstate NY Currently have a '00 Saturn wagon still going with 343,000 miles and a Dodge Ram 2500 Quad. I also have a '78 New Yorker but i'm thinking about parting with it and looking into getting a big old wagon instead. I love the looks of the 71-72 Ford right now and browsing around for a fixer. It's so hard to find anything older here because of the demo derby plague.. heck they'll think nothing of even dropping over $1,500 for a fixer to just destroy.

Anyway.. just introducing myself.. this forum looks like a great resource for us wagon lovers :)

343000 miles? Holy cow. That car owes you nothing!!
Welcome to the forum. I think you'll find most of us agree with your sentiments on the early 70's Ford long roofs.

Thanks for the welcome everyone :)

Yea the Saturn doesn't owe me much of anything.. I haven't even had to do too much to it yet.. original owner changed the oil every 3,000 up to 150k when I bought it. I try to do the same and repair things before they fail. She only uses about a quart every 2,000 which is great for Saturn 1.9's in general LOL

Thanks for the link.. i'm in contact with them :)

That's excellent. Good luck and be sure to keep us in the loop with your talks with GT6. I hope you two can come to terms.
